DPF SOLUTIONS
Emulators are now available for most vehicles (emulators are required for some vehicles which cannot be reprogrammed via ECU), ask if this is the best solution for your vehicle.
DPF, the internal composition of the DPF resembles a series of drinking straws attached to each other and bent at the ends, allowing exhaust emissions to pass through the filter wall, thereby depositing particulates contained in the exhaust gases. When these particulates have accumulated in the filter, the pressure sensor detects a different pressure or pressure and the liquid or additional diesel fuel is injected either into the engine or directly into the DPF to burn the particulates and clean the filter deposits (known as passive regeneration).
One problem with this system is that if the vehicle is only making short trips, the engine may not be hot enough to regenerate, causing deposits to form on the filter and a filter warning light on the dashboard if the vehicle has then reached temperature It is possible to force regeneration and clean the filter, but not completely clean and over time the parts that are not cleaned by regeneration build up and you have a completely clogged DPF and your vehicle can show various symptoms, limp housing, poor performance, poor MPG, engine check light and in some cases the filter may become clogged resulting in the vehicle doesn't even want to live.
ECU Tech Tune can now offer ECU and vehicle transfers, or just ECUs if you have a mechanic or shop that can perform physical transfers.

If your vehicle is not listed, please contact us as we regularly add more vehicles or for further information and suggestions.
We were also able to remove a pollution warning bug that prevented relaxing home mode on early Peugeot HDIs with FAP installed, an empty/broken FAP system can survive...
Are you having problems with your diesel particulate filter or better known as dpf or fap?
Is your DPF light always on on your dashboard? Or did your car lose power and go into limp mode? or your car is struggling to regenerate DPF? If the answer to any of the questions above is yes, then we have the answer for you.
Please don't be fooled into using magic chemicals that sellers claim will fix your DPF, if they work at all it's just a short term fix!!!!
